The Sandy Face of Change

Harm without malice,
Sandy is like you and me,
With a name, a story and a purpose.

She flattens Jamaican shanties,
Drifting by the foot in Snowshoe,
And flooding tunnels with hot and cold running water.

She rakes corn fields in Iowa,
Making feather dusters of Carolina oaks,
And dropping the flag on those whose expiration date has passed.

She breaches breakwaters,
Moving sandy dunes to let the ocean surge,
And clearing traffic and noise from Times Square.

She closes bridges and freeways,
Turning lights out and phones off,
And making Ground Zero a reflection pool.

She dismisses elections and markets,
Making those with cell-based identities
Wonder who they really are today.

Bigger than Alaska,
She touches everyone,
This storm of the century.

She has a job
And she does it:
She gets our attention.

To those who can hear,
She whispers in the virgin silence,
"Listen. Observe. Learn."

I top off the oil in the generator and replace its plug.
I split and stack old solar energy,
Manifest in tree bones,

Not to battle Mother Earth,
Which is foolish,

But as Common Sense
In Uncommon Times,
Which is wise.

Earth is shifting to a higher vibrational plane very soon, and you are here because you have a role to play in that shift. We bring people together to make real change for the good of all in this abused, war-plagued world. We guide each other, helping each other find and follow our highest and best paths to a better world.

Earth is undergoing a great paradigm shift—a changing of old ways that use competition, military might, environmental degradation and human tragedy—to new ways that are built on love, balance, and spiritual strength. This new way of living on Earth is what the ancient Hopi Indians of the American Southwest called the 5th World.

Paradigms are resistant to change because challenging one outmoded thought calls up support from other outmoded thoughts that also need changing. Yet the human mind is linear and works with but one idea at a time.The only way a paradigm can shift is when all the outmoded thoughts get simultaneously supplanted by a New Paradigm.

As author and visionary scientist Gregg Braden says we are at a choice point in history, where we must choose which path to follow—the unsustainable and decaying 4th World, or the nurturing and sustainable 5th World.

Our goal and purpose is to be part of that change. We are presenting many different opportunities to get there - some will stimulate your mind, some will change the energy of your body and some will balance you from within. As Aingeal Rose O'Grady says in her new book A Time of Change ‑ the goal is to first achieve balance within ourselves so that our balanced energy will radiate out to the Earth. She is a reflection of us and vice versa.

The 5th World Journal is a free online publication that has been documenting Earth's progress along the path to this new world since 1993. People say that we have always

         The 5th World Fund was founded to bring people together from all over the world since we can do that today with the beauty of the Internet. As this project has grown, it has been guided into a new direction, especially since we are the Water Planet. Water flows through everything and everyone. Participants donate what they can to the Fund. So far with the money raised we have donated to 8 different projects around the world to people who are providing services or innovative technologies that are building the 5th World, piece by piece. This Swirling Water is imbued with "memories" of a better future, and the waters are flowing together all over the world, subtly manifesting the 5th World "from below," invisibly almost. It is fun. We're going to win this one.

Touch the Sky Cosmic Energy Essences. It has been shown scientifically that water retains memory of all that is said and done around it. Do the circle makers who form creations in fields use the water in the crops to implement the formation? We don't know. What we do know is that each authentic crop circle holds a particular energy that can be collected in water.
